Mix 30g (2Tbsp) of Whey Protein Concentrate in 300ml of milk, water or your favourite beverage until powder is completely dissolved. This food must be consumed with an appropriate fluid intake and must be consumed along with a balanced diet. Once opened, reseal package tightly and for best results consume within 3 months.
