After choosing to place an order with Aussie Nutrition we are pleased to advise of the following process which takes place.
1. You shall receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed.
2. When goods are shipped you shall receive a second shipping email, advising that your order has been successfully dispatched.
3. Goods shall be packaged in a discreet manner which shall prevent product damage during transport.
4. orders placed prior to 2.00pm Eastern Australia time shall be dispatched same business day, orders recieved after this time will dispatched the following business day.
5. We utilise multiple transport services as we know this is the only way to ensure the FASTEST DELIVERY. As a result the majority of our customers receive their goods the next working day.
6. Should you wish to track the status of your shipment. The shipping email (second email) includes a delivery consignment number and a relevant delivery company web link. Simply log onto the shipping companies site to see how your order is traveling.
7. For your security, deliveries do require a signature on receipt. Therefore delivery should be to an address where someone is available to receive and sign for the goods. In the event no one is available to receive delivery, a card shall be left advising the package is collectable at the nearest Australia Post depot.
8. Should you wish for deliveries to be left without signature (i.e. front door etc). This should be noted on your order comments and we shall be pleased to oblige. Aussie Nutrition shall however assume no responsibility for any lost or missing deliveries in this situation.
9. Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product i.e. damaged in transport, incorrect goods sent etc. We request politely this be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email. After confirming any claim we shall promptly re-supply the goods or credit your account in full. Any cost for the re-shipping of product shall be the responsibility of Aussie Nutrition i.e. no additional charges shall be the responsibility of our customers.
